Reception

Front desk

Check-in: 15:00-20:00.
Check-out: no later than 10:30.
(Earlier or later? Let us know and we’ll make it right!)

Please note:
The reception is closed daily from 11:30 to 14:00 and from 20:30 to 08:00.

During the weekend we sleep in an hour longer.

Parking

The nearest parking garage, directly at the hotel, is Q-Park Hooghuis. Parking costs: € 22 per day.
Cheaper parking, a 10-minute walk away, is possible at the parking garages TD-Gebouw & DLL-Parking
The Keizersgracht outdoor car park is less than 2 minutes away. Here you pay for the first hour € 3,40 and after € 3.20 per hour during the day. In the evening, from 9 pm to 9 am, parking is free here.

Breakfast

Our guests can now indulge in exclusive breakfasts at Dille & Kamille, conveniently located just opposite our hotel!
Kickstart your day with a boiled egg, cheese, ham, Greek yogurt topped with granola and fresh fruit, croissant, marmalade, butter, artisan bread from Bakkerij Renders, freshly squeezed orange juice, and a delightful cup of freshly brewed bean coffee or herbal tea. All 100% organic!
What’s more, while Dille & Kamille’s store remains closed to the public, you can already enjoy a private shopping experience. How delightful is that?

Cleaning

We clean your room every other day. Should you require towels or toilet paper in the meantime, you can pick these up free of charge at reception during opening hours.
